The cabbins are in a green surrounding. However it would be recommendable to tell people that for older people it is difficult to go upstairs in the 2 single beds with only 20cm space in between.

The chalet that we had was phenomenal. It was set in the middle of Malkerns, with a breathtaking view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony at the bar. The chalet itself was huge, with a gorgeous sunken corner bath and outdoor shower. There was also a seperate chalet attached to ours which could sleep another 2 people (perfect for families). There was private parking allocated to each chalet. The service was outstanding and the people were so warm and welcoming. This was an amazing getaway destination without being too far in the middle of nowhere to miss out on the local action at Malandelas and House on Fire.

I find it mostly difficult to book a good room due to the fact that most accomodation places alway show the best rooms but fail to give you the rates as if all their rooms are the same.

When I book, I'would like to know if the room I'm booking will be the same as the 1 I see on the net.

However, Ally was very nice and gave us a good room and the stay was short but enjoyable.

I have no complaints regarding the staff or the accommodation.
However, i would have prefered a bigger fridge for self catering as it was so small that one had to buy food only for a day. Further more, i would have prefered more DSTV channels.

The accommodation was very nice, it was more than what i had expected, its just that there was a misunderstanding with payments, the invoice issed to me was for the deposit and i thought it was for the total stay

Willows Lodge is a lovely, peaceful place with a wonderful view.

Unfortunately the towels smelled terribly.
